1. SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive text messages from The Beaver Lodge, you agree to the following terms:

• Program Description: You will receive administrative and coordination messages from our assistant, Logan, regarding house updates, transportation coordination (e.g., "Ready to get picked up?"), and task reminders.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and house needs.

• Pricing: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at declanxlynch@gmail.com

• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Privacy Policy

The Beaver Lodge is committed to protecting your privacy. This section explains how we handle your mobile information.

• Information Collection: We collect your phone number only when you voluntarily provide it through the member portal

• Use of Information: Your mobile number is used strictly for the coordination and administrative purposes described in our Terms of Service.
