About Us

The Beaver Lodge is a student housing cooperative for male students at Oregon State University, located just two blocks from campus. We offer amenities that strive to make student living both accessible to all and take the stress out of day to day living. With an in-house chef, term by term payments, and an unrivaled sense of community, the Beaver Lodge is the best housing option for students at OSU. We also offer two $1,000 academic scholarships each year to support our members in their pursuit of higher education.

Our rent is determined by the number of residents, typically ranging from $650 to $750 per month. Rooms come pre-furnished, and rent covers:

• 10 chef-prepared meals per week (during the academic year)

• All utilities included – water, electricity, and business-class internet

• On-site parking

• Quiet study room with printing services

• Secure bike storage

• Optional social events throughout the term

• Intramural sports participation – including Basketball, Ultimate Frisbee, Flag Football, Water Polo, Soccer, and more
